Do you want a key role where you drive and develop projects with responsibility for both profitability and customer satisfaction? At Bäckström Anläggning AB, you will have the opportunity to lead our production team and contribute to our success as a Project Manager.

As a Project Manager with us, you report to the Business Manager and have overall business responsibility for our production team. You will follow and develop our projects through all phases – from sales and start-up to implementation and closure. Through your work, you ensure the highest possible profitability, satisfied customers, and a safe working environment.

You also have personnel responsibility for the production team and work to develop the team and our operations.

Main Responsibilities:

• Sales: Participate in sales efforts, for example, through customer responsibility, review and preparation of bids and contracts.
• Project Management: Responsible for the start-up, planning, and execution of projects with a focus on economy, time, and quality.
• Follow-up: Ensure that management systems and legal requirements are met, follow up on finances and key figures, and participate in final inspections and feedback sessions.
• Customer Responsibility: Maintain good customer relationships and manage upselling, renegotiations, and contract changes.
• Resource Allocation: Responsible for resource and role distribution within projects and departments.
• KMA Work: Ensure that quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety work is followed and developed according to our guidelines.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in project management within the construction and civil engineering industry.
• Has good knowledge of finance, contracts, and project follow-up.
• Is an engaged leader with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
• Has experience with customer relationships and upselling.
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and quality-conscious.
